Basic Tips and Hints for Mobile Browser Users
This post is to be updated as more information is gathered, also to note ongoing software updates for designated devices, and if you would be kind enough to communicate your own specific issues and any resolves you found, that would also be appreciated for other users to have the information, of which besides those on the ground with you, you can always communicate via the contact form and share your experience etc.
You might have already realized that depending what device you have, at times, it makes it a certain way that you need to operate it to navigate online depending on the kinds of content that you are browsing for, streaming, and downloading etc.
Here I will give you some basic tips on things you may have experienced but with little knowledge to what to do about them, and certain ways that you can handle the ongoings in order to succesfuly browse, stream or download.
I will just use a few examples of circumstances and specific devices concerning browsing this blog, or anything from blogspot.com, and what I have noticed can or may happen depending on your device, what specific browser application you have, or, your carrier provider or connectivity settings.
TIP -> It is good to actualy know your device's settings functions before you fully begin to use it for the user end function that you want to use it for
(-And to Note, God IN CHRIST will definately lead you through whatever your circumstance BECAUSE HIS PEOPLE [:all made in His Image:] "perish"/ARE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF because of lack of knowledge WHIC HE ALWAYS AND DOES WANT US TO KNOW AND WILL CERTAINLY FACILITATE AS MUCH AS HIS DESIGNATED REASON FOR US HAVING THE FRUITS OF THE EARTH TO STEWARD AMONGST ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN-)
[:-remember we are talking about using the "firmament" (-constructive separation/division/interaction/firmamentation of the waters above & below, those below from where the earth/dry land was made manifest-) here, when it comes to "electronics"/electricity, which is all Part of, BY AND TO HIS GLORY WITHIN US AS IT IS KNOWN AS "THE 'HEAVENS' "(-Genesis 1-) - He also knows it takes some getting used to as people realise ongoingly etc-:]
Example 1 - Using a G-Tel Phone (-maybe "Infinity X" model-)
- When you use the chrome browser on a G-Tel phone, as many Zimbabweans do have these and find them affordable as well as precise enough to complete the most basic functions of every day need, you will notice some things about this specific model of phone, e.g. "java-script" decoding from any general to date encoding that are done for across the board users of all types of existing registered devices concerning "5G" (-3G+2G+LTE-) level connectivity, specificaly being "Android" Devices.
- For the box.com links that are on this blog, what I noticed is that the streaming function does not always work, infact finding pressing play not giving any result if your browser settings are at the safest with all accesibilities off on "blocked", save and except the Java script, sound (-of course for streaming audio from and with video-), and depending perhaps such "on site data" function being enabled. When the pages open for some, you at some point we're not able to see the "DOWNLOAD" button, but could pinch the screen with two fingers to zoom in zoom out and it would show the button on the layer of the loaded screen capturization, then allowing you to be able to pres the download button freely in view, but the other portion being after each and every download, NEEDING YOU TO CLEAR THE CHROME APPLICATION CACHE FROM THE SETTINGS "APPLICATIONS" LIST, AND THEN GO BACK TO THE CHROME BROWSER WINDOW TO DOWNLOAD THE NEXT SINGLE SONG/COMPILATION, DEPENDING WHAT YOU WE'RE DOWNLOADING WITH YOUR ABAILABLE DATA BUNDLE OR WIFI CONNECTION ETC. This meaning, like I said, after each singular download, from the press on the seccond without clearing the cache, it will ping register that the download has begun sending to the box.com server, but the ping return to start the data packet transfer does not start after the 2nd download, hence your need to clear the cache file, NOTE THAT A CACHE FILE IS NOT YOUR ENTIRE BROWSERS DATA AND SAVED PASSWORDS OR HISTORY AND ALL THE MOST VITAL STORAGE, the cache being a reservoir of secondary memory refference that has anything to do with ongoing interaction that is written and erased continualy, not stored up over time with usage like Application data, also note it differs which kind of application and the kind of data stored e.g. Facebook which has actual preloadings and many pictures for the feeds as well as text content and screenshot for any video playback, whereas for chrome, it is mainly 2nd or 3rd layer/party cookies and those presets for you real-time browsing experience, why the 2nd download would not start, being DIFFERENCE IN THE DECODING FROM YOUR DEVICES OPERATING SYSTEM LANGUAGE(s) IN-BETWEEN THE CHROME APPLICATION RECEIVING FROM THE SERVER SITE, THEN TO HAVE YOU INTERACT ON YOUR PHONE IN THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS ETC., which means the clearing "RESETS", the reffered to " 'now expired' 3rd layer cookie file l" THAT CHANGES EVERY SINGLE TIME FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SECURITY, SO THAT THE NEXT DOWNLOAD EVEN IF THE SAME ONE IS SAFELY DIRECTED TO YOUR DEVICE, aparently between the chrome browser update and the device OS, you will most probably find this problem non existent in the near future, but if you have a brand new G-Tel Infinty-X and have not yet updated your Chrome browser on the playstore, maybe for sakes of no data bundles to update applications or wifi connectivity, then you will have to continualy reset your cache folder from the settings menu in the applications sub-menu in the Chrome apps settings, ALSO NOTE TO CHECK YOUR CHROME BROWSERS SETTINGS ONCE YOU OPEN THE APPLICATION, IN THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST, WHERE THE MENTIONED "BLOCKED/ALLOWED" SETTINGS ARE under "Site-Settings", which all affect your experience online depending what kind of browsing you are doing and such interactivity with your device, to note that you do not have to have all things active for your entire browsing time, as well as specific things for which you can turn on whatever necesary for that function when needed, e.g. password keeping and 3rd party cookie necessities if cloud like online admin-ing for any of your accounts and email if you use chrome browser to access them, otherwise turning it off if your situation and circumstance requires you to have it off for the most of the time aside from such functions etc.
