Love Jamz Pt. 1 :
Background & Timeframe of Production & Manifest Of Concept :
The Songs from Love Jamz's Part One Compilation come a long way from my first attempts at making songs about commitment, faithfulness & fidelity. As a songwritter, such "industrialization" of the world has brought people to call these kind of songs "Love Jams", otherwise loosely related to ant refference towards sexual interaction, that IN THE WORLD, DO NOT AND RARELY ever have anything to do with actual faithfulness & displayed messags of commitment inside or out, often feeding off peoples drama & malicious ongoings of infidelity, WHICH ARE THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF ANYTHING CALLED LOVE, even for the sakes of commitment & faithfulness and such mentioned fidelity.
I have always known that Faithfulness & Commitment are the true origin meaning & entire consistings of what the world calls "Relationships", though there is still the biggesr difference in THE FOUNDATIONAL FAITH "FACTOR" CONCERNING GODLINESS & any Spiritual Truth about what really are THE MOST SANCTIFIED AND HONOURED RELATIONSHIP AMONGST MANKIND, being that the very fruitfulness of man-kind itself, THE FRUIT OF THE WOMB, are infact the Lord's Reward In Christ AND GOD'S HERITAGE AACWW ARE ALL CHILDREN FROM THE OLDEST FROM THE MOST BEGINING & ONGOING, such being the very fruit of God's Love.
My First Love Song ever written was in High School at the age of about 14, where it happened to be when i had my first ever relationship taken seriously by myself, and evidently not a s much by the other party, whom was a girl named Victoria Chiposi. This song was actualy a decitation attempt as i decided after finishing it, also because of it's conception being with some other school boys such as seniors that presented themselves friendly.
While spending time as bringing my laptop to school secretly and letting one of the seniors keep it so we could use it for recording with it & the little "Jack-to-Jack" converted plugin of a very cheap low quality stage mic, when the time for the Interact Variety Show came around, that was one of the songs i decided to perform, having sung it with the senior by one uear named "Kudzai Munetsi", who alsl happened to be one of the fellow 1st Team Basketball players, myself having played for Peterhouse 1st Team Basketball from the end of my Form 2 upwards to Form 4 at Peterhouse College. There we're also at that time a number of other aspiring "music minded" bous both older & younger, as we also put together a "rap-group" display of songs & tried to find as best how we could do a performance standard presentation amongst those who we're willing & experientialy prepared as much that we practiced.
The Love Song came out with the title "I Dont Understand", truthfuly not as entirely personal besides the heartfelt dedication of just performing it within the reason, and i can say as mhch because of the actual lyrics which obviously when one takes examples of worldly music & such claimed "love songs" that we're pooular in those days [Brick & Lace-Love is Wicked, Wayne Wonder - Bounce Along, Diwalli Riddim] these being the days of Rihanna's debut "Pon-The-Replay", amongst R.Kelly's TP2.com album & Kelly Rowland & Nelly's "Dilemma" & such spin off of Kelly Rowlands from "Destiny's Child where Beyonce Came from, ALL OF TGESE NOT ENTIRELY GOOD EXAMPLES OF INDERLYIMG REASONING AND MEANINGFULNESS CONCERNING LYRICISM & SUCH MENTIONED CONCERNING SONG-WRITTING. of that time & age. Why i said of myself being the only seriously taking person of this first relationship, was the "timely" break up that Victoria made apear "secretly" before the girls school bus left after the Variety show was over while we we're outside the theatre where nobody else could see <she picked the spot to tell me>, and after "the last hug", having "something to say", asking her what it was, having a teart eyed "i can't do '>this<' anymore", myself asking "what exactly", and she basicaly just mentioning she was breaking up with me, & walked off to the loading bus, with no mention of the specific "this" that she couldnt do, obviously being unfaithful to a faithful person was not her thing, & so i let it go evem without the obvious confirmation.
That is the Background of the 1st ever love song i wrote & publicly performed.
It was far from the last of course, another song called "Dont Fake It", that features an American rapper called Undaground The Illest based in Bangock China whom i met online using yahoo chat & Myspace.com's earlier globalized days, was quite an interesting one, of course having quite a lot of turbulent witness of what people we're A) expecting from Love Songs, B) what i knew they had to completely about, and C) any growth and development toward actualy finding someone who actualy was faithful, break up after break up never being from my end & always for another guy who either was money spoiling, or (at that age -*13-14*- before i could drive) had a car, but didnt stop after starting to drive at 16, of which for the mosr i kept myself well out of the waters of not caring whom i got into any relationships with, as noted to daye, the biggest problem being "change of mind" with or without reason or anything to do with faithfulness, commitmenr & fidelity or any foindational concern & reasonable mattering.
2007 to 2011 is the time i spent in Johanessburg south Africa, finding out that my Son's mother was pregnant in the fidst year of 2007, by the time of his birthing had already begun total & entire departure of myself (i don't want to have to mention any "durings" for this writtings contextual sake & reason, though now as Spiritualy aware as i am with reflective himdsight of understandkmg whstever i ever went through, knowing as much PHYSICAL EFFECT OF DEPARTURE ISSUES AS 1Corinthians7 warns & cautions about such, i cannot deny any and have very much exact confirmation of such).
Honestly being in South Africa studyimg Sound Engineering nearbh the SABC building and noting the kinds of people surrounding myself of qiite high "entertainment industrial esteem", I DID NOT WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ATTEMPTED RELATIONSHIPS FOR THE INITIAL MOST OF BEING IN A COUNTRY I NEVER GREW UP IN.
The first couple of "Love Songs" that i did work on we're amongst collaborative sessions & creative time spent with older & younger peers of even other surrounding creative schoolings, and i had no intention of making "a love songs album", basicaly taking myself as though "just a rapper" actualy never since that song "I Don't Understand" having sung vocaly to record "as though a singer", which only came to mind to actualy give it as much a try having learnt so much more than i knew then even concerning production & songwritting itself, let alone actualy singing which was quite a weekly routine at a high school where there is compulsary chapel service and house meetings wirh compulsary song-ing of "Yellow Submarine", and such other "folklore" like synonymities, and every "80s/90s baby's worst niggrmare being,compulsory "whole-school "cheerleading" of First Team Rugby matches where Prefects would punish people for not snging & aome seniors found it oporrunities to legaly bully anyone that wasnt clapping and singing along with the chants by force.
Since on 2007 i was just then getting to the point of extreme independant breakthrough of the single specific skillset of melody construction, actualy understanding & navigating chord progressios as well as rythm analysis, composition, syncopation & interchange of all that such entails inclusively within sound design, it was quite a blessing from God for so many to have been able help with instrumentals as something that spirit & truth family do, even though i was,literalt in the very process of that significant most important awakening to understanding how much people had & have been lying about God and the bible in speicif of THE WORD OF GOD'S SOUNDNESS AS IT IS,l.
This all happened in the same year as well as direct personal comminication within-self of the mentioned infidelities, such surfacing done the next year despite my every "school term break" of coming to Zimbabwe to see my Son after he was born, though before leaving for South Africa having been "told both myself and my mother that i should be there for my son's birth by a local 'institutional church gathering pastor'<which is redundantly ridiculous to reason such because of her infidelity which is entirely separate when a person departs from oneness of flesh & being, for any reason concerning childbearing, everyone still able to love their children & the children love their parents openly>.
After my son being born, & his mother's departure issues, during the compiling of what i made to be my first "officialy marketed" album called "Do It", having features from all the demographicaly surrounding people interacted with as mentioned.
